Apple Magic Keyboard

Can you make a keyboard shortcut to have Paste appear using the Apple Magic Keyboard?
Currrently in have to switch to the on screen keyboard, then switch to Paste Keyboard, then switch back to the regular keyboard to close it and get back to using the Magic Keyboard again.
