I love how I can edit items, but often I copy a URL that has some junk on the end and I just want to quickly edit it. I wish I could just hit CMD+E on the link item to edit it as text, rather than having to copy, paste, edit.
Thank you for bringing it up!
This was a dealbreaker for me. The main functionality Paste had over other apps is this, so having edits for every copied item is very important to me.
Would be nice if Paste had an option to automatically clean URLs
Also would be really nice, when executing “Quick Look” (press “Space”) over a URL item, to see the whole URL string, not only the domain part.
Otherwise it looks weird that quite a big popup window opens and only the basic URL info is seen at the bottom.
Bump. Copied urls that appear in Paste ios app do not offer an EDIT option under the context menu. This is problematic as copied links can often be unopenable due to being formatted incorrectly (with spaces or erroneous characters) and I need the option to EDIT them in Paste app just like I have with plain text.
Available in v 4.4
