Expand Rules to Ignore certain Text and/or Strings.

Add the ability to never save paste history if copied text includes certain words/strings/etc. Regex matching would be nice, but words/strings is a good start.
(Good for excluding sensitive data like AWS secrets, Access Tokens, etc with known prefixes.)

I absolutely need this, it would be amazing!
