Keep history not only by time but also by a certain amount

I had previously used another tool called “Clipy.” It was open source, but it hasn’t been developed for years.

It didn’t allow you to set a time limit, only a range, e.g., only the last 20 items.

I would also find it interesting to say that I don’t just want to keep my stuff for 1 month, but also that it should only be 20 items. It would also be interesting to have a freely selectable number, possibly with a range from 1 to, for example, 1000.
