Paste in MacOS Dock

A very simple request. As I dislike keyboard shortcuts and prefer not to keep clicking up in the Menu Bar, I really would like the option to keep Paste in the MacOS Dock!
I do hope that’s not already possible but I’ve overlooked how; red face here if it is :-)
