Can you add a switch to restrict the synchronization of images to iCloud?

The picture takes up too much space in my iCloud. Can you add a switch? I can turn it on to sync. If you don’t turn it on, it will be local.add a switch? I can turn it on to sync. If you don’t turn it on, it will be local.
