Hide/disable menu action icons on macOS Sequoia and earlier

The dreaded release of macOS Tahoe added bulky icons to menu bar items but prior versions of macOS just had clean items with a label and shortcut hints. It’d be great for consistency to not show this single icon on versions prior to Tahoe. It might take Apple a couple of years to undo the 26 line-up mess and some of your users may not want to update.
