App-specific Context

I’m hoping this is possible based on how other apps I use function—I’m thinking specifically of LinearMouse, Better Touch Tool, Elgato Stream Deck, etc.

Basically, when I’m utilizing certain apps, I don’t want the Paste shortcut to function. For instance, in Final Cut Pro the shortcut of Command + Shift + V is already in use for Paste Attributes.

I know there’s already an Ignored Applications list, my hope is that it can also have a checkbox we can check to “ignore keyboard shortcut” when that application is focused or in front. Thanks!
